  1. A 50% non refundable deposit is required in order to secure your desired date.

  2. Please note, our minimum order requirement is $500.

  3. Deposits that are not made within 24hrs will result in your date being made public again for client booking.

  4. Any menu changes MUST be made at least 7 days prior to the event date. 

  5. There will be a rush fee applied to events less than 5 days away.

  6. In the event that services are needed longer than the agreed upon time frame, you will be charged an additional fee.

  7. All deposits are nonrefundable. In the event you would like to reschedule, Entrees by Ari must be notified 72 hours before the event, pending availability.

  8. Once a new date is scheduled, client has 24hrs to pay any remaining balances or the date will be made available again.

  9. There will be a 15% convenience fee on all rescheduled events.

  10. Please allow 24-48 hours for inquiry response.
